The NIOJAN process library contains almost all the processes needed for any enterprise to run smoothly. These processes are organized in the typical format of ISO. In addition to the certification, the framework adds value in actual day to day activities. It is very useful and convenient for auditors. NIOYJAN has a comprehensive library of E2E processes. Every process under consideration will be mostly E2E process. This process is expanded. The most important activity is DRIVE it from ENTERPRISE process base which is going to be well documented in NIYOJAN. That will determine which set of section or subsection of the process is not correctly implemented. The job then becomes properly matching it to the ERP or customize it if there is not matching process. Since all this is done at the beginning of the exercise in a granular fashion, the chances of missing out are minimal and since it is driven from Enterprise process base it naturally will be very accurate.
