The main challenge for any IT/ITES enterprise and in-house ERP teams is that their staff is overburdened with the software development working leaving very little time for them to document the design, specs, changes in a reasonably short time. The up-to-date documentation is a critical need for all enterprises. We offer to take up these value added seemingly not so important activities leaving the staff to work on the core operations. We have extensive experience on documenting using globally accepted software engineering standards.
On the Social Media front, we have experienced that the management has clear ideas about updating their website content but again the full time investment is a challenge. Similarly they have clear thoughts on writing blogs but again time becomes a critical factor.
We take directional inputs on both these aspects and develop content as well as blogs and in our experience it has worked very well with the management as they can meaningfully invest their time in review and recommendations resulting in a quicker and meaningful social media update on a regular basis.
